Account deletion

Delete your IELTS Vocabulary Coach account

IELTS Vocabulary Coach allows users to delete their account from inside the app and also provides this public web request method.

Delete your account in the app

Open IELTS Vocabulary Coach.
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open Profile.
Choose Delete account.
Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to 95burakbayar@gmail.com with the subject "IELTS Vocabulary Coach account deletion".

Please include:

The email address used for your app account.
A short statement that you want your account deleted.

What is deleted

When deletion is completed, we delete the Firebase Authentication account and associated app data stored for that user, including profile settings, vocabulary progress, review schedule, quiz history, mistake notebook entries, daily statistics, and AI feedback history.

Possible limited retention

We may retain limited records only when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. If any retention is required, it will be limited to the purpose that requires it.
